Our pricing includes a base notary fee plus a travel fee of $1.50 per mile from the notary's location. The base fee covers the notarization itself, and the mileage fee covers travel to your chosen meeting point. Because we're mobile and meet you where it's convenient, travel distance varies by appointment. Remote online notarization is not currently available through Need It Now Notary. Tennessee has enacted RON legislation and we are monitoring the approval process. We plan to offer online notarization services in the future. For now, all notarizations are performed in person — we come to you at a mutually agreed location in the Knoxville area.

Yes. Need It Now Notary is a Tennessee-commissioned notary public with an active surety bond and notary errors & omissions (E&O) insurance. Every signing follows proper legal procedures to ensure your documents are valid and accepted. You can have full confidence your documents will be properly executed.
Full non-refundable payment is required after the notary approves your appointment request. This secures your time slot and covers the trip to your location. Payment is non-refundable because the notary reserves time and prepares for travel that can't be offered to others. Nothing is due at the appointment — we come to you once you're paid in full.
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Payments may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment at our discretion. Same-day cancellations forfeit the payment entirely.
